Many of our exhibitions are titled with reference to the season, and this title is no exception. As for Falling Upward, it is a hopeful title; let us be attracted by the moon and fall upward toward it as the ancient magicians were, gravitating into an orbit of cool lunacy. We need a fresh perspective!
The current exhibition closes on Dec. 1 with a reception and reading from the books from 2 to 4 PM. After that Sometimes Books will close for two months, perhaps three, while the days are shortest and coldest. Please stay posted for upcoming exhibitions in 2020.
Falling Upward includes one piece by Eleanor Murray, who passed away recently. She was a frequent contributor to our exhibitions and always a welcome presence at openings and closing events. We will miss her.
